BILLY BUTTONS - 9inches Tall - KIT

NEW KIT:  A jaunty little Brittish Bloke is our new KIT for Billy Buttons.  He is a 9inch tall fully jointed bear with a broad nose, big feet and short legs.  The easy to follow instructions for making Billy include a pattern for his peaked bikers cap and waistcoat.  His waistcoat and cap are decorated with lots of tiny buttons and charms.
